Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-oriented Director of Executive Search to lead our executive talent acquisition efforts, specializing in the dynamic Israeli high-tech market. As a trusted advisor to our client's executive hiring managers, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier leadership talent for critical roles. Responsibilities:
- Executive Search Expertise: Spearhead end-to-end executive search processes for Executive Management, C-Level (CEO and direct reports), and VP-level positions within the hi-tech industry.
- Market Mastery: Leverage a deep understanding and extensive network within the Israeli high-tech market to conduct in-depth market research and mapping.
- Trusted Advisor: Partner closely with executive hiring managers to understand their unique business goals, organizational culture, core values, and specific talent needs, providing strategic counsel and effective talent solutions.
- Full Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete executive search lifecycle, including meticulous market research, strategic sourcing, proactive outreach and engagement of passive talent, rigorous interviewing, and comprehensive assessment.
- Data-Driven Approach: Utilize cutting-edge tools, methodologies, and best practices to conduct highly analytical and data-driven executive search processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Time Optimization: Continuously challenge and improve time-to-hire metrics, implementing dynamic strategies to ensure timely placement of executive talent for our clients.
- Best Practice Champion: Nurture and promote best practices within the executive search function, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successfully leading and executing executive search assignments for senior leadership roles (CXO, VP level) within the hi-tech industry.
- Deep and current understanding of the Israeli high-tech market landscape, key players, and talent pools.
- Exceptional ability to build strong relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting comprehensive market research and talent mapping.
- Mastery of advanced sourcing techniques and the ability to effectively engage and attract passive executive talent.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to accurately evaluate executive competencies and cultural fit.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to executive search.
- Proven ability to manage the full executive search lifecycle efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience utilizing specific executive search software and tools.
- Established network within the Israeli venture capital and private equity ecosystem.
- Experience in a leadership role within an executive search firm or in-house executive recruitment function.
