We are looking for an experienced and data-driven SEO Manager to lead both our SEO and GEO (generative AI optimization) strategy. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SEO and CRO best practices, combined with a strong curiosity for emerging technologies and industry trends. This individual will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to develop and execute scalable, high-impact organic growth initiatives that drive business outcomes across our direct digital channel.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute SEO and GEO strategies to improve website traffic and conversion rates.
• Analyze website performance metrics, identify trends, and implement optimization tactics.
• Conducted keyword research and provided recommendations for content creation and optimization.
• Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to implement technical SEO improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SEO and GEO.
• Communicate KPIs & insights to management

What We Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in SEO management.
• Strong understanding of SEO strategies and techniques.
• Ability to create a vision and lead teams to support and work toward that vision
• Experience with SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in an international company is an advantage
