A leading and successful global company in the chemical manufacturing industry is seeking a Plant Manager to lead operations at a production facility in Northern Israel (Amakim area).

This is a leadership role for a manager with proven experience in process-based industries who thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full operational responsibility for a manufacturing plant.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team: production, planning, logistics, maintenance, quality, and engineering.
• Oversee 24/7 operations (2 shifts of 12 hours) and expansion of production lines.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, safety, and quality using data-driven methods.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing a process industry plant (e.g., chemical, food, plastics extrusion, pharmaceuticals).
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing through managers.
• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution abilities.
• High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
• Technical background – engineering degree is a significant advantage.
• Fluent English and experience working in an international business environment.
