Project Planning and Control Engineer

We're Hiring: Project Planning & Control Engineer (PMO)

Looking to play a key role in the success of complex technological projects?

We’re searching for a Project Planning & Control Engineer (PMO) to join our team and lead strategic planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination across large-scale engineering projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build and maintain integrated work plans across multiple engineering domains

• Manage risks, identify bottlenecks, and analyze critical paths

• Synchronize project interfaces in a multi-disciplinary environment

• Plan and control budgets from proposal stage to project completion

• Provide project status reports and insights to both management and clients

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management – or 10+ years of proven project management experience in tech

• 3+ years of experience as a PMO in large organizations – mandatory

• Strong familiarity with SAP or a comparable enterprise ERP system

• Experience with Agile/Lean/Six Sigma methodologies

• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera – mandatory

• Previous experience in a consulting/organizational development firm – a plus

• A strategic mindset with strong analytical and process understanding

• Excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, and a “can-do” attitude
