Startica is hiring a Digital Systems Analyst

Job Description:

🎯 Gather and analyze business requirements from internal stakeholders.

🎯 Design and specify software solutions, including writing technological solution proposals and technical specifications for web systems.

🎯 Collaborate with internal users, developers, QA teams, and project managers.

🎯 Support the entire development and testing lifecycle (E2E), from requirements analysis through solution design, and accompany the team through development and QA phases.

Requirements:

🎯 2–4 years of experience in web process analysis and specification.

🎯 Familiarity with Client-Server architecture.

🎯 Experience working in an Agile environment.

🎯 Proven ability to understand, analyze, and define complex business processes.

🎯 Strong self-learning ability.

📍Location: Central Israel (Hybrid model)
