This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Unity Developer ✨

Role Description

The Lead Unity Developer will be responsible for hands-on mobile game development, augmented reality (AR), level design, and object-oriented programming (OOP), while also leading and mentoring a small development team. The role is based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with partial work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Unity development team, providing technical guidance and mentorship
• Design and develop engaging mobile games and AR experiences
• Oversee level design and implementation with a focus on user experience
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements and timelines
• Ensure high-quality code through code reviews, testing, and best practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Mobile Game Development and AR
• Strong skills in Level Design and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Proficiency in Unity and C#; experience with other relevant programming languages is a plus
• Prior experience leading or mentoring developers in a team setting
• Familiarity with 3D graphics and performance optimization
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
