RPA Automation Developer

Job Description:

• Develop automation processes with a deep understanding of business and customer needs.
• Create automation workflows integrating AI capabilities.
• Perform thorough testing of developed bots to ensure proper functionality and alignment with business requirements.
• Support and maintain existing automation processes, including making adjustments as needed to meet evolving company needs.
• Collaborate with internal interfaces, including various IT teams and business clients.
• Provide training and support to business and technical teams on the use of automation bots and offer technical assistance when issues arise.
• Serve as a key contributor in a team of 4 (including developers and a team leader).

Mandatory Qualifications (Education & Experience):

• UiPath Developer Advanced certification.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience as an RPA Developer (preferably with UiPath).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent course.
• Experience with leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Strong analytical skills to identify automation opportunities through business process analysis.
• Problem-solving abilities to handle complex technical challenges and develop creative solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.

Advantages:

• Knowledge and experience with AI tools in the cloud, especially Document Understanding – significant advantage.
• Experience working in cloud environments, especially AWS – significant advantage.
• Familiarity with cloud-based automation solutions, such as Microsoft Power Automate.
• Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, Java, and PowerShell.
