Senior Java Software Engineer

XM Cyber is a global leader in hybrid cloud security. XM Cyber brings a new approach that uses the attacker’s perspective to find and remediate critical attack paths across on-premises and multi-cloud networks. The XM Cyber platform enables companies to rapidly prioritize and respond to cyber risks affecting their business-sensitive systems.

We are looking for a talented Senior Java developer with passion for hands-on coding and design, to join us in building our realtime cloud protection features in a startup style group inside of XM.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend development
• 2+ years experience in Java
• Experience with Kafka/equivalent queue broker
• Experience with giving code review to peers
• Experienced with Kubernetes/Docker - Advantage
• Experience with improving infrastructures - Advantage
• Deep knowledge of event driven and microservices architectures - Advantage
• Happy to assist other members of the team
• Team player that communicates well with others
• Independent, responsible and creative problem solver that can crack the most complicated problems on your own
