Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage high-quality technical candidates, focusing on engineering and technical roles.
• Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening to ensure alignment with job requirements.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver top candidates.
• Maintain detailed candidate notes and share insights post-recruitment events.
• Utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Suite, and Comeet.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer, or a recruiter with sourcing expertise transitioning to a sourcing-focused role.
• Technical Sourcing Expertise: Strong track record in sourcing for technical roles, with an understanding of engineering and leadership positions.
• Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Comeet (preferred), Google Suite, and applicant tracking systems.
