Raw Materials & Production Planner

Description:

Join the Planning and Control team, responsible for production planning, quality control, and coordination across organizational departments. Activities are driven by sales forecasts and market needs.

The team provides support in the following areas: process characterization, support and improvement at the plant, capacity analysis, operational metrics, implementation and maintenance of the Oracle ERP system, and support for operational issues related to finance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and updating data in the various ERP system models supporting production planning, production control, and raw material planning processes:
• Supporting data management in the ERP system according to the organization's business processes, including support in planning (ASCP), logistics, and financial modules, and raising incidents as needed
• Specifying user requirements and liaising with the global team
• Implementing new processes and monitoring requirements and their implementation
• Supporting and building reports and tools to improve control and performance management, conducting investigations, etc.
• Maintaining data in the information system (e.g., updating BOMs, creating item codes, updating routings, etc.)
• Acting as an Oracle Power User in MFG, ASCP, Local MDM, and warehouse modules within Oracle

• Raw materials planning based on production plans – checking raw material availability and alignment with production plans, prioritizing procurement, coordinating with production and quality teams for new material approvals, and controlling raw material release in accordance with required timelines. Investigating raw material planning issues using the ASCP module (Advanced Supply Chain Planning)
• Planning and monitoring production schedules in relation to changing market demands, analyzing supply vs. demand, and updating customer delivery dates
• Maintaining data in the information system and ensuring accurate data management in ERP models that support planning, production, and raw material processes

Requirements:

• Education: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management – Mandatory
• Experience in maintaining data in an information system – Mandatory
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle – an advantage) – Mandatory
• Previous experience in production planning / raw material management – Mandatory
• Experience in planning complex production lines – Mandatory
• High-level Excel skills – Mandatory
• High-level English (speaking and writing) – Mandatory
