Commercial Lawyer

We are hiring a Commercial Legal Counsel for the Legal Department of a Renewable Energy Company.

The role includes:

• Ongoing commercial legal work, including drafting a wide variety of commercial agreements
• Negotiation management
• Legal support and advisory in energy-related transactions
• Leading deals with landowners
• Legal support for tenders
• Working with regulators, including the Registrar of Companies and Registrar of Partnerships, and providing ongoing legal advice

Job Requirements:

• Licensed attorney with at least 4 years of post-internship experience – required
• Experience in the commercial or energy & infrastructure department of a leading law firm – required
• Proven experience in handling transactions related to renewable energy projects involving municipalities and landowners
• High-level proficiency in English – reading, writing, and speaking
• Strong commercial orientation alongside excellent legal skills
