We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to join our CISO team. This role focuses on cyber defense for both IT and operational (OT) environments, with a strong emphasis on national security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as part of the CISO team and act as a cybersecurity architect for both weapon systems and IT (with emphasis on OT).
Develop cybersecurity standards, methodologies, and policies.
Define cybersecurity tools and manage related projects.
Lead implementation teams for defense tools and manage red teams, network operations, and penetration testing activities.

Requirements:

Proven training, knowledge, and experience in the cybersecurity domain – mandatory.
Strong familiarity with cybersecurity standards including NIST 800, Ministry of Defense, and Israeli national security protocols – mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – advantage.
Technological orientation with the ability to conduct research – advantage.
Experience in managing tenders and leading projects – advantage.
