Chief Financial Officer – Investment House

We're Hiring: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Investment House | Tel Aviv Area

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the executive leadership team of a leading investment house. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO and the board, responsible for the full financial management and strategic financial direction of the firm.

Previous experience in an investment house is a mandatory requirement.

• Lead all financial functions, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, payroll, taxation, and cash flow management.
• Develop and implement long-term financial strategy and policies aligned with the firm’s goals.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements (quarterly and annual) in accordance with accounting standards and securities regulations.
• Manage relationships with banks, external auditors, international partners, investors, and regulatory authorities (including the Capital Markets Authority, Israel Securities Authority, and Tax Authority).
• Provide financial, tax, and operational oversight for investment funds and support private/non-traded deal execution.
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, including controllers and analysts.
• Contribute to executive-level decision making with strategic financial insight and a deep understanding of financial product development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration – Required.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license – Required.
• Minimum of 10 years of financial management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within an investment house or financial institution – Required.
• Proven track record in team leadership and delivering under pressure.
• Deep understanding of accounting standards and financial regulations, especially in capital markets, mutual funds, portfolio management, and investment funds.
• Strong systems thinking and process development capabilities; advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial software tools.
• Native-level English proficiency (both written and spoken).
