Experienced Projects Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities:

• Managing design projects, engineering development, transition from development to production, and serial production at the plant.
• Identifying all stakeholders and managing their involvement while securing their commitment to deliverables, meeting timelines, and obtaining the necessary human and infrastructure resources.
• Establishing and managing integrated work plans for all stakeholders involved in production, testing, and series manufacturing.
• Coordinating, tracking, and monitoring project requirements and engineering bodies.
• Conducting design reviews as needed, providing full product support, and supervising contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitoring and controlling procurement and inventory within the project, with in-depth knowledge of engineering and production bill of materials.
• Coordinating and guiding departments within the organization, liaising with the project management office, and managing project cost models.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Industrial and Management Engineering – mandatory
• At least 3 years of experience in project management – mandatory
• Leadership skills and ability to delegate authority
• High-level proficiency in English
• Self-discipline and personal responsibility
• Teamwork skills
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
• High motivation and willingness to work hard, including overtime
