We are seeking a Requirements Engineer to join a leading insurance company based in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

-Define and document business and system requirements for long-term savings products

-Work closely with product teams and development teams to ensure proper implementation of the defined requirements

-Analyze and evaluate existing insurance and health products, ensuring they align with company goals

-Support operational processes such as claims, policy issuance, and calculations of insured members’ or policyholders' rights

-Assist in improving and optimizing business processes related to long-term savings and insurance products

Requirements:

2 years of experience in the long-term savings domain
Experience working with long-term savings products
Experience and knowledge of insurance and health products
Experience with operational processes such as claims, policy issuance, and calculation of insured members’ or policyholders’ entitlements
A financial academic degree
