The Congestion Reduction Department at the Strategic Projects Division is leading one of Israel’s most important infrastructure projects – implementing the Congestion Tax in the Gush Dan area.

We’re looking for an experienced, driven Project Manager to help shape the future of transportation in Israel.

What You’ll Do:

🚦 Lead and manage the congestion tax project end-to-end – from process mapping, goal setting, team coordination, risk assessment, and problem solving.

📈 Track and oversee project tasks while ensuring deadlines are met.

🔧 Work across multiple domains – including video tech, civil engineering, traffic engineering, regulation, budgeting, legislation, tenders, and more.

🤝 Collaborate with government ministries, municipalities, consultants, and suppliers.

📊 Manage a speed measurement project across the metropolitan area.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Law, Economics, Business, Engineering, Geography, Urban Planning, etc.)

✔ At least 5 years of experience managing engineering or technological projects/processes

✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in transportation projects or the public sector

Big Pluses:

⭐ Experience working with public bodies and municipalities

⭐ Familiarity with tenders, permits, and statutory planning

⭐ Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive under pressure

⭐ Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills
