Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) is seeking a visionary leader to head our Corporate Business Strategy Division. This is a strategic role at the heart of IAI's corporate decision-making, guiding our growth, innovation, and global competitiveness.

What you'll be doing:

• Partner with senior leadership to shape and implement IAI’s corporate strategy — from strategic assessment through operational execution.
• Lead international market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning across the company.
• Facilitate cross-organizational think tanks to identify strategic trends, business opportunities, and potential risks.
• Support enterprise-wide resource planning and strategic alignment to corporate objectives.
• Contribute to the development of corporate-wide business development and market entry strategies.
• Drive innovation processes that create competitive advantages and capture growth opportunities.
• Identify and implement advanced analytical, planning, and management tools, including integration of AI technologies.

What we’re looking for:

Mandatory requirements:

• Israeli citizenship.
• Academic degree (Bachelor's required).
• Minimum of 5 years in senior managerial roles in strategic planning or business development within a large commercial company.
• Experience in commercial enterprises, consultancy firms, or defense organizations.
• Native-level English proficiency.

Preferred qualifications:

• Business experience in procurement, mergers & acquisitions, finance, investments, and the defense sector.
• Proven creative thinking and experience driving business innovation.
• Background in long-term strategic planning, performance measurement, and KPI processes.
• Familiarity with governmental/regulatory bodies.
• Deep understanding of IAI's fields of operation — both domestically and internationally.
