Clockwork Admin is a boutique fund administration firm with offices in Israel and the United States. We specialize in servicing venture capital and private equity funds across jurisdictions, providing financial reporting, bookkeeping, compliance, and investor services. We’re growing fast—and so are the systems we use to manage our work.

We are seeking a Project Product Manager to lead the design and implementation of a custom CRM system built specifically for fund administration processes. This role is on-site and hands-on, working closely with internal stakeholders, developers, and operational teams to deliver a robust and intuitive CRM that reflects our unique workflows, compliance requirements, and investor communication needs.

• Lead end-to-end project management of CRM development—from planning and design to testing and implementation.
• Translate operational workflows into clear product specifications, including investor onboarding, capital calls, reporting, compliance tracking, and document management.
• Define project scope, prioritize feature requirements, and manage timelines and deliverables with internal and external developers.
• Work closely with the CEO, fund accountants, and compliance team to gather requirements and ensure high usability.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and documentation to guide development.
• Oversee system testing, bug tracking, and post-launch support.
• Coordinate integrations with tools like QuickBooks, Priority Zoom, Excel, and document portals.
• Manage change requests, user feedback, and iterative product improvement.
• Train internal users and support adoption across departments.

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager in software/tech projects (CRM or financial tools preferred).
• Proven experience in project ownership from idea to execution.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation and CRM platforms.
• Technical understanding to liaise effectively with developers (no coding required, but SQL/Excel/API familiarity is a plus).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Hebrew is a strong advantage.
• Background in finance, fund administration, or bookkeeping is a big plus.
