A tech company developing an open-source website-building platform, aiming to revolutionize how web creators build and design professional websites.

Based in central Israel, the company has around 300 employees and offers a hybrid work model with two days from home. With millions of users freelancers and agencies in over 180 countries, the platform powers over 18 million live websites worldwide, representing 11% of the web.

Founded in 2016, the company is profitable, independent, and rapidly growing.

Role Overview-

Serves as the first dedicated FinOps function within the organization, embedded in the DevOps team
Leads and drives cloud cost optimization initiatives across the company
Identifies areas for cost efficiency and implements best practices for cloud resource usage
Collaborates closely with R&D, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to align on optimization strategies
Works within a modern tech environment that includes CI/CD, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and AWS

Requirements-

● 3 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes

● Knowledge and experience with cloud vendors such as GCP/AWS

● Hands-on experience in production environments

● Experience with cloud cost analysis tools

● Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab

● Experience with Terraform or other provisioning tools – Advantage
