Financial Controller for a Publicly traded real estate company

About the Role:

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and dedicated Financial Controller to join

a dynamic and fast-paced finance team in a leading real estate company. This is a key

position with broad responsibilities and significant exposure across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

 Preparation of financial statements under IFRS and tax reports for multiple

entities

 Collaborating with external auditors during audits and reviews

 Creating, managing, and analyzing business calculations for projects

 Addressing and resolving complex accounting issues

 Ongoing monitoring and control of supplier payments

 Managing daily banking operations

 Partnering with the bookkeeping team

 Leading ad-hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements:

 Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – post-internship

 Experience at one of the BIG 4 firms – advantage

 Previous experience auditing real estate companies – significant advantage

 Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS)

 Proven experience in preparing financial statements and tax reports

 High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel – mandatory

 Experience working with Priority ERP system – advantage

 Strong analytical skills and critical thinking

 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

 Team player with excellent communication skills
