Algorithm Developer

A fast-growing startup that developed a lifesaving, AI-based product for monitoring elderly individuals at home. The device uses only audio input, analyzes data in the cloud to detect anomalies, and provides real-time alerts and care recommendations via mobile and web apps.

The company is post-Series B, with hundreds of clients and thousands of installed devices.

Located in Tel Aviv (near a train line), offering hybrid work (2 days from home), with 70 global employees (40 in Israel) and plans to grow to 100 by year’s end.

The role involves end-to-end research and development of AI/ML models, especially in Deep Learning and Time Series Analysis. Work includes model development in Python, using technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Computer Vision, Audio, GenAI, and deploying models to production.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in Data Science with a proven track record of leading end-to-end AI projects and deploying models to production.
• Strong programming skills in Python (or similar) and hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Deep expertise in AI and ML, including generative models, computer vision, facial recognition, object detection, image synthesis, and audio analysis.
• Research-driven mindset with the ability to explore new methodologies and develop innovative, real-world AI solutions.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to align AI efforts with business goals.
