Customer Service Representative – Attendance to Payroll System

Work in the Customer Service Department, providing support to users of the employee attendance-to-payroll system.

Job Description (Main Tasks and Responsibilities):

Part of a team supporting a system used by some of the largest organizations in the market.
Responding to phone calls and emails, providing professional and technical support (Tier 2 and above).
Expanding work scope, implementing and integrating new processes for existing clients.
Playing a significant role in onboarding new clients.
Conducting remote client training sessions.

Job Requirements (Education, Skills, and Experience):

Experience working with payroll systems (from attendance to payroll) or background in payroll accounting, with knowledge of extension orders – mandatory
Excellent interpersonal skills
High-level customer service orientation
Strong technological aptitude
Ability to work independently and self-motivate
Patience
