Junior Production Planning and Control – Full-time | Holon

• Responsibility for planning and execution of production, cutting, processing, and assembly activities – from receiving orders to on-time delivery to customers
• Planning and managing the production schedule for processes under your responsibility on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Opening work orders and ongoing monitoring
• Tracking shortages and delivery dates, advancing and coordinating processes to meet deadlines
• Monitoring timely outsourcing and return of subcontracted work
• Synchronizing activities between various interfaces in the organization – procurement, warehouse, quality assurance, production departments, engineering, and sales

• Industrial Engineering degree or engineering technician diploma / Bachelor's degree – mandatory
• Proficiency in MS Office with emphasis on Excel – mandatory
• Experience working with Priority ERP system – advantage
• Experience building BOMs based on technical drawings – advantage
• Collection and analysis of operational data, preparation of daily and weekly KPIs – advantage
• Assertiveness, ability to work under pressure, and multitasking
• Strong teamwork skills
• High level of organization and order
• Ability to work independently and with a high level of service orientation
