RFIC Component Development Team Leader

About the Role

ELTA’s Engineering & Systems Division is seeking an experienced RFIC Component Development Team Leader to lead the design and development of advanced RF components. This is a key technical leadership role, positioned at the heart of innovation in one of Israel’s most advanced engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development processes for RFIC components
• Provide deep technical guidance in RFIC architecture and design
• Conduct electromagnetic simulations and analysis
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary development teams and management stakeholders
• Prepare and present technical documentation and reports

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering - required
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing a technical development team, including responsibility for project timelines and budgets - required
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in RFIC design and component architecture - required
• In-depth knowledge of RFIC circuit design, simulation tools, IC layout, and verification methodologies - required
• Proficiency with Cadence tools - required
• Experience designing analog and RF circuits in CMOS technologies (sub-130nm / 65nm) - strong advantage
• Familiarity with LNA amplifiers, high-frequency amplifiers, mixers, and TX modulators - advantage
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written - required
