Product Marketing Manager

For Fintech is a leading fintech development company. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The position is full-time, in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop marketing-driven digital products across websites and applications.
• Plan and execute a marketing-focused Product Roadmap aligned with campaign strategies.
• Prioritize projects to support marketing objectives (lead generation, user acquisition, engagement).
• Work closely with Marketing, Development, UX/UI, and Sales teams.
• Optimize user journeys across all marketing platforms.
• Integrate marketing analytics tools into product processes.
• Identify opportunities for improving performance and conversion based on data insights.
• Manage marketing-related projects end-to-end across different digital platforms.

Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience as a Product Manager delivering highly successful consumer products with demonstrable and measurable results.
• Experience working with websites, mobile applications, and marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of the strengths of different research methods (lead generation, user engagement, A/B Testing, customized surveys, etc).
• Strong analytical background with the ability to find data, identify and run tests, distill the results quickly and turn it into actionable insights.
• Knowledge in UI/UX
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A problem solver – highly inventive thinker that will provide insightful, innovative solutions to any problem.
• High-level proficiency in English
