Job Title: Product Manager, Research & Operations

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure user-centered design principles are integrated into product development.
• Work alongside front-end and back-end engineering teams to bring seamless and technically sound products to life.
• Drive product research, synthesizing user insights into actionable product requirements, user stories, and product specifications.
• Rapidly prototype and experiment with different products and services to validate product-market fit.
• Analyze key metrics to guide future product development and improve existing offerings.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams and maintaining an efficient work environment.
• Support office management duties, including coordinating cross-departmental activities and managing resources to optimize team productivity.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching and scaling products.
• Strong technical background with experience working cross-functionally with engineering teams to deliver technical products.
• Experience working with or applying Large Language Models in products is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with AI or machine learning industries, with a passion for driving AI-powered solutions.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python and SQL is a must.
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, ambiguous environment, quickly adapting to new challenges and finding innovative solutions.
• Experience in operations and office management, with the ability to manage resources and coordinate activities across multiple teams.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A creative thinker who stays up-to-date on emerging research and industry trends, always considering the risks and benefits of new technologies.
• Enthusiasm for using AI to create products that are both safe and beneficial to society.
