A leading defense company in Netanya, specializing in advanced technological solutions, is seeking a Network Algorithm Developer with expertise in MANET systems and tactical networking solutions. Join us in developing and enhancing cross-border products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance network simulation products and models of MANET systems under tactical conditions.
• Design, develop, and optimize algorithms, with a strong focus on the MAC layer.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate simulation insights into product development.
• Analyze and validate MANET protocols to ensure stable performance in real-world scenarios.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (M.Sc. is an advantage).
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in C++ development, with emphasis on algorithm design and optimization.
• Strong background in development and optimization of algorithms, especially in network systems with focus on the MAC layer.
• Proven expertise in protocol design and performance optimization for real-time or distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and developing maintainable tools or simulations (advantage).
• Familiarity with advanced concepts such as reinforcement learning, AI-based optimization, or data-driven decision-making (advantage).
• Experience with network simulation tools (e.g., OPNET Modeler, OMNET++) (advantage).
