Exponet is a fast-growing SaaS company developing project-management solutions for the construction industry. We’re looking for a hands-on Implementation & Support Specialist to deploy our web-based platform and provide world-class technical assistance to our clients—both remotely and in the field.

What You’ll Do

Solution Deployment

Configure, customize, and deploy our SaaS platform to match client requirements.

Client Onboarding & Training

Lead kickoff sessions and deliver interactive training—via Zoom and in-person visits (driving to client sites as needed).

Technical Support

Respond to tickets by phone, email, video calls, and on-site troubleshooting. Investigate issues, apply fixes, and ensure long-term stability.

Documentation & Best Practices

Maintain clear implementation guides, FAQs, and configuration checklists. Share insights with clients to maximize platform adoption.

Feedback Loop

Work closely with Product and Development teams to relay customer feedback and improve features.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

2+ years implementing and supporting web-based or SaaS applications.
Prior exposure to construction or engineering environments is a strong plus.

Technical Aptitude:

Comfortable with software configuration, basic database queries, and integrations.
Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Communication & Mobility:

Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.
Excellent customer-facing skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for hands-on client visits.
