Job Description

The Director of Product is a strategic and results-driven leader responsible for driving innovation, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration within the product organization. This role involves leading high-performing teams in product development & design, to deliver high-quality solutions while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and scalability.

The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong background in Product management, process optimization, and stakeholder management. They will implement best practices, frameworks, and KPIs to ensure alignment, efficiency, and execution excellence across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a group of product managers, providing guidance and support in setting goals, prioritizing tasks, and resolving challenges
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management
• Drive the development of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Monitor key performance indicators to track products performance and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional team leads, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to align product development efforts with company objectives
• Work closely with stakeholders and senior leadership to drive business success
• Communicate product updates, milestones, and priorities to senior leadership
• Cultivate a culture of continuous product improvement by streamlining complex customer-centric journeys, enhancing conversion rates, and driving innovation
• Mentor and coach product teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• 12 years of experience in product management, with 5 years in a Product management leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully leading product teams and delivering innovative products to market
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile and Lean principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Experience in B2C product - advantage
• Technical/Development background - advantage
