Financial Controller

A growing fintech company in Kfar Saba is looking for a talented Controller with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic our Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities:

●       Manage and process real-time accounting transactions with precision and timeliness

●       Ensure proper filing and documentation in accordance with internal policies and regulatory standards

●       Provide accurate, reliable, and timely financial data for decision-making

●       Actively participate in the budgeting and forecasting process

●       Handle local and international bank payments and reconciliations

●       Support month-end and year-end closing activities

●       Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and management reports

●       Perform accounting adjustments and manage entries within the general ledger

●       Execute additional accounting-related tasks as needed in a dynamic finance environment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

●       Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

●        Entry-level Financial Controller with 2+ years of experience

●       Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS knowledge – a plus)

●       Practical knowledge of ERP software – mandatory (Priority- advantage)

●       Minimum of two years of practical experience in accounting

●       Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze financial data

●       High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

●       Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset

●       Fluent in English (written and spoken) – additional languages an advantage

●       Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

●       Ability to work in short timelines and under pressure
