About Agwa

Agwa develops autonomous, AI-driven systems for precision hydroponic cultivation. Our platform combines hardware, cloud services and data analytics to grow a variety of vegetables and greens with minimal manual intervention.

Your Role

As a Fullstack Developer at Agwa, you will:

• Design, build and maintain our AWS-based cloud infrastructure
• Develop and deploy backend services in Python
• Build and enhance responsive web and mobile applications using React
• Collaborate closely with hardware engineers and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1–3 years of professional backend development in Python
• Frontend: 1–3 years of experience building web interfaces with React
• Cloud: Hands-on experience with AWS services and deployment
• Databases: Proficiency with one or more of MongoDB, Firestore or MySQL
• Mindset: Product-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Communication: Excellent collaboration and interpersonal abilities

Nice to Have

• Mobile development experience (iOS/Android or React Native)
• Familiarity with AWS CDK and CI/CD workflows (e.g. GitHub Actions)
