Location: Or Akiva, Israel

We at High Sec Labs (HSL) – a leading cybersecurity and secure connectivity company – are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead our development projects in a matrix environment. This includes working with marketing, design, development, and operations teams across all stages: from specification to development, production, and execution.

Requirements

MUST:

• B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in project management
• 5+ years of experience in system development roles (e.g., Developer, System Engineer, Technical Manager)
• Experience in matrix management (hardware, software, mechanics, QA)
• Strong technical background & understanding of electronics manufacturing processes
• High proficiency in English and Hebrew (spoken and written)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Ability to work under pressure

Advantage:

• Experience in the defense industry
• M.Sc. in Systems Engineering
• Previous experience as a System Engineer or Technical Manager
• Experience supporting marketing teams
• Additional academic degree

Job Type: Full-time

• Location Requirement: On-site, 5 days a week in Or Akiva
