Job Description

• Develop and manage ongoing production plans aligned with orders and forecasts.
• Monitor production performance, identify gaps, and plan corrective actions.
• Balance workloads across workstations and lead continuous improvement processes.
• Coordinate between production requirements, material availability, inventory, and warehouse operations.
• Manage logistics operations – including truck scheduling, delivery coordination, and oversight of fleet efficiency and utilization.
• Continuously improve distribution processes and optimize transportation routes.
• Operate within the ERP system: open work orders, manage BOMs, and perform ongoing control.
• Generate regular operational, procurement, and logistics reports and KPIs.
• Responsible for procurement of raw materials and packaging in line with production plans, while ensuring cost control.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – mandatory.
• Prior experience in a similar role – a significant advantage.
• Full proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong planning, process leadership, and complex process management capabilities
