A fast-growing startup in the drone technology space, developing innovative solutions for drone detection and tracking, is looking for a Lead Embedded Software Development Engineer. The company is based in the Raanana area.

Job Description:

In this role, the candidate will lead and manage software development for Real-Time systems, working closely with the algorithmic team. The position involves real-time implementation of algorithms on hardware, working with advanced processors like GPU and CPU, and managing development processes and runtime acceleration.

🔸Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Physics

🔸At least 15 years of hands-on experience in software development for Real-Time systems

🔸Experience in signal processing software development for radar or RF sensors – significant advantage

🔸Experience with runtime acceleration using development environments and appropriate processors (GPU, FPGA, etc.) – advantage

🔸Experience controlling laboratory equipment via PC – advantage

🔸Experience in team management and leadership

🔸Broad system-level thinking and strong interpersonal skills
