Customer Care & Export Coordinator

Harmoniz - The Art of Seed Innovation is a global agtech company specializing in breeding greenhouse seeds. . The company is focused on developing innovative, great-tasting, and virus-resistant tomatoes, expanding into pepper and cucumber seed development.

Responsibilities:

• Operating the export at a seed company.
• Monitoring and coordinating seed and material shipments to the final destination, in accordance with import and export regulations.
• Writing and reviewing documents and thoroughly overseeing the shipping process with accuracy and precision.
• Handling documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Working with internal and external parties, including service providers, customs brokers, and other departments within Harmoniz.
• Providing customer service to clients in terms of exports and shipments.

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of prior experience in import/export and working with clients and suppliers.
• Experience in the seed/agriculture industry – an advantage.
• High-level English – mandatory; knowledge of Spanish – an advantage.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, responsibility, ability to work under pressure, initiative, and proactiveness.
• Ability to work in a computerized environment and with global information systems. Knowledge of Priority software – an advantage.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various departments within the company.
• Problem-solving skills: ability to handle challenges and resolve issues on the ground.
• Analytical skills: ability to analyze data and derive insights to improve processes.
