Position Overview

As a Junior GRC Analyst, you’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside seasoned industry experts and directly supporting real-world client projects. Key Responsibilities

·      Support risk assessments, internal audits, and compliance initiatives for client environments

·  Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of cybersecurity controls and frameworks

·    Help prepare documentation, reports, and recommendations related to security and compliance activities

·      Participate in client meetings and help gather relevant information for assessments

·      Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure continuous improvement in security posture

·      Stay updated on emerging regulations, standards, and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in GRC, cybersecurity, or related fields
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, GRC frameworks, and risk management best practices
• Hands-on experience conducting audits or compliance assessments
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal)
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISA, CISM, CISSP)
• Attendance in cybersecurity courses and training
