A fast-growing startup with a breakthrough product and strong investor backing is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive team and lead the financial domain at a pivotal stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full management of the company’s financial operations and strategic financial planning
• Active participation in the executive team and development of long-term growth strategies
• Leading capital raising processes and managing relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions
• Financial analysis, economic modeling, and presentation of insights to the board of directors
• Risk management, budget control, financial reporting, and bookkeeping oversight
• Coordination with external consultants, auditors, legal advisors, and regulators
• Driving cross-organizational financial processes, automation, and operational improvements

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – must
• At least 5 years of experience in senior finance roles within tech companies/startups
• Proven experience in fundraising and/or IPO processes
• Strong business orientation and hands-on leadership skills in a dynamic environment
• Experience working with boards and shareholders
• High-level English (spoken and written) – mandatory
