A fast-growing startup with a breakthrough product and strong investor backing is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive team and lead the financial domain at a pivotal stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Full management of the company’s financial operations and strategic financial planning
Active participation in the executive team and development of long-term growth strategies
Leading capital raising processes and managing relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions
Financial analysis, economic modeling, and presentation of insights to the board of directors
Risk management, budget control, financial reporting, and bookkeeping oversight
Coordination with external consultants, auditors, legal advisors, and regulators
Driving cross-organizational financial processes, automation, and operational improvements

Requirements:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – must
At least 5 years of experience in senior finance roles within tech companies/startups
Proven experience in fundraising and/or IPO processes
Strong business orientation and hands-on leadership skills in a dynamic environment
Experience working with boards and shareholders
High-level English (spoken and written) – mandatory

This is a strategic C-level position – ideal for a highly capable finance leader with strong business acumen and a hands-on approach.
