We are expanding our Innovation Center in Rehovot and looking for a highly motivated and skilled Physical Chemist to join our R&D team. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, develop novel active and bio-active compounds, and contribute to meaningful advancements in cosmetic science.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new active and bio-active compounds for cosmetic applications.
• Lead R&D projects from initial concept to proof of concept, ensuring scientific excellence and innovation.
• Conduct literature reviews and stay up to date with the latest advancements in relevant technologies.
• Design and execute efficient experimental plans aligned with project goals, timelines, and key objectives (OKRs).
• Analyze results, draw meaningful conclusions, and contribute to the development of new formulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry (or M.Sc. with relevant industry experience).
• Expertise in molecular interactions – mandatory.
• Experience with formulation development – advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and efficient time and resource management.
