Frontend Team lead

A fast-growing startup leveraging advanced AI and Computer Vision technologies is looking for a Frontend Team Lead to join the application team.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll mentor a skilled team of engineers, collaborate across functions, and shape powerful solutions used on live projects worldwide. The environment is dynamic, tech-driven, and focused on building intuitive interfaces for highly visual and data-rich systems.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and grow a talented frontend team, fostering innovation, excellence, and personal development
• Stay hands-on with React and TypeScript, building rich UIs for 360° video, 2D maps, 3D models, and complex data grids
• Work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver polished, high-impact features
• Own team hiring, onboarding, and development processes as the team scales
• Represent the frontend team in cross-functional planning and technical discussions

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience, including strong hands-on work with React and TypeScript
• Proven experience leading a team or significant technical projects
• Strong technical intuition and communication skills
• A collaborative leadership approach that inspires and empowers others

Nice to have:

• Full-stack experience, especially with Python
• Background working in fast-paced startup environments
