Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage laboratory activities, ensuring high-quality standards
- Perform ongoing quality control for production processes
- Investigate quality complaints and provide technical solutions
- Prepare sample batches for the marketing and sales departments
- Support the Quality Assurance (QA) department
- Conduct various lab tests, including color analysis, particle examination, impact resistance, bending, scratch resistance, gloss measurement, and humidity testing
Requirements:
- Experience managing a laboratory team – a must
