- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of tech positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the process
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in tech recruitment
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for connecting with people
- Ability to identify top tech talent in a competitive market
