Key Responsibilities:

• Ongoing budget control and preparation of financial reports.
• Manage the company’s insurance portfolio and liaise with insurance consultants.
• Build databases, conduct data analysis, and prepare financial forecasts.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management and the Board of Directors.
• Monitor cash balances and cash flow reporting.
• Manage the group’s bank accounts, align them with operational needs, and handle bank communications.
• Track and report on the company’s investment portfolios.
• Lead and promote financial projects, develop advanced tools, and streamline processes in collaboration with internal departments.

The position reports to the Head of Financial Management & Budget Unit.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting – mandatory.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – advantage.
• Master’s degree in Economics or Business Administration – advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint – mandatory.
• Familiarity with Priority ERP system – advantage.
• Proven experience in IT systems specification/development or project management – advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, process-oriented thinking, and high-level problem-solving abilities.
• Assertive, independent, and proactive work approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work overtime when needed.
