Head Bookkeeper – Multi-Company Group

A leading group of four companies is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Head Bookkeeper to join our finance team and lead the accounting department. This is a key position reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with the company controller. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and managing the bookkeeping department (team of 6)

• Full responsibility for all accounting activities up to trial balance

• Managing cash flow, including monitoring and forecasting

• Overseeing collections and receivables

• Handling VAT, tax, and other regulatory reports

• Managing international and domestic travel expense registration

• Working directly with banks: credit lines, guarantees, loans

• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, in Israel and abroad

• Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across the board

Who We’re Looking For:

• Certified Bookkeeper – Level 3 / Diploma – Must

• At least 7 years of bookkeeping experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role

• Strong Excel skills

• Experience with SAP – big plus

• Background in retail or consumer goods – major advantage

• High level of English – especially written communication

• Organized, thorough, and precise

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

• Strong interpersonal skills, team player with a proactive mindset

Job Details:

• Full-time, Sunday–Thursday, 8:00–17:00

• On-site at our beautiful offices in Rosh HaAyin

• Willingness to work extra hours when needed
