The Impact You’ll Drive

- Define and own Cerebi’s technical vision and long-term architecture

- Build and lead a world-class engineering organisation—from hiring to culture

- Ship the production platform (data ingestion, streaming analytics, optimisation engine, secured multi-tenant SaaS)

- Navigate complex regulatory landscapes (trade compliance, ESG reporting, customs & export controls) and embed them into product and infrastructure

- Translate business objectives into a pragmatic roadmap that balances speed, scale, cost, and security

Required Skills: 

- 10+ years building large-scale backend or data platforms; 3+ years in a senior leadership role (Head of Engineering, VP Eng, or CTO)

- Deep expertise in Big Data, ML, and AI 

- Hands-on cloud expertise (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP) 

- Strong technical background with diverse programming languages 

- Proven experience in cloud development & management (AWS, Azure, GCP) 

- Experience running production systems subject to regulatory or industry compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, CTPAT, etc.)

- Ability to build complex architectures, write high-quality code and review it with empathy

- Startup mentality: hands-on approach, action-driven, clear decision-making, and willingness to wear multiple hats.

Nice-to-Have

- Familiarity with supply-chain domains (logistics, freight forwarding, procurement, S&OP)

- Experience integrating with ERP, WMS, or TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, etc.)

- Exposure to sustainability or ESG data frameworks
