The Job
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Director to drive revenue and business growth
through brand equity and product marketing management across our global markets.
This is a key, strategic role laying the foundations for a scalable marketing organization,
requiring a hands-on professional with a detail-oriented approach, strong leadership skills, and
the ability to work cross-functionally to effectively reach, educate, nurture, and drive traction
among our target audience and ideal customer profiles.
You will join the team at HQ to develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy supporting
the company’s scaling and penetration into new markets, increasing topline figures and
reinforcing Lynxight's dominance as the market leader, working closely with our commercial
functions overseas and reporting directly to our Commercial Officer.

What You'll Do
This high-impact position comprises three main pillars that require full ownership over
branding, messaging, digital presence, and demand generation:
1. Brand Marketing – build Lynxight's brand equity, reshaping and sharpening our story:
• Develop thought leadership to increase brand awareness and sentiment towards our
service across different markets.
• Manage the PR content and market communications strategy and execution across a
variety of digital and traditional media outlets.
• Plan and run the company’s position in industry events to achieve top-of-the-funnel
goals.
2. Product Marketing – build and maintain key sales collaterals with coherent messaging,
positioning and creative storytelling:
• Drive the brand strategy implementation by delivering new Sales/Ops./Product assets -
collaterals, documents and videos.
• Develop fresh messaging and own the content calendar in order to engage prospects,
partners and customers: website, social media, blog, case studies and testimonials.
3. Growth Marketing – develop and optimize lead generation strategies to create new
opportunities that support our sales efforts:
• Drive performance marketing activities from end-to-end: inbound leads, SEO and
campaigns to fuel pipeline growth.
• Nurture and engage our community of users, prospects and partners through lead-
capturing efforts owning the company’s digital assets.
What We're Looking For
• Proven Marketing experience building, managing, and leading high-scale B2B activities
while working hand-in-hand with multinational sales teams (preferably in fast-growing
SaaS organizations).
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a "get it done" mentality and an ability to operate
independently while aligning with the company's global Sales & Marketing strategy.
• Proven ability to work with Marketing automation, analytics and AI tools.
• A people's person with great communication skills and ability to collaborate with subject
matter experts and service providers, driving maximum impact within budget.
• A critical thinker who sees the bigger picture, with strong business acumen and a
demonstrated ability to develop domain expertise on how to best serve the market.
• A meticulous, results-driven professional with an eye for detail.
• Native-level communication skills in English (written/verbal).
