Description:

We are looking for an experienced Compliance and Securities Control Specialist with deep knowledge of capital markets regulations, both in Israel and abroad. This role requires comprehensive familiarity with all aspects of trading operations, including corporate actions, settlements, payments, and more. You will play a key part in monitoring activity, enforcing controls, and supporting the business with risk management and compliance processes.

Your Day-to-Day:

Monitor back-office and front-office activity to identify and escalate potential fraudulent or unusual trading behavior.
Ensure strict adherence to internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
Formulate and implement control frameworks, and perform ongoing operational controls.
Run daily risk checks, investigate irregularities, and generate risk reports as needed.
Escalate issues promptly and manage ad-hoc client and business queries.
