Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (Backend)

Hybrid: 3 days from the office (Tel Aviv Central)

Using existing CCTV hardware, our platform offers real-time tracking, alerts, and performance analytics as well as unparalleled accuracy and efficiency without disrupting existing processes and procedures.

The Job:

As Senior Backend Engineer, you will be the go-to person for certain features and aspects of the system. The role involves working closely with stakeholders in the company (Product, data ops and project managers), representing the development team’s point of view.

Additionally, the Senior is expected to routinely initiate improvements to the maintainability of the code and the efficiency of the development cycle.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in software development of a mission-critical system in Python.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

• 2 years experience with a cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP)

• Former implementation and maintenance of a distributed, event driven architecture

• Work experience with Git

• Strong command of technical English, both in oral and writing
