Assistant Controller / Controller

We are Hiring: Financial Assistant Controller / Controller for a Publicly traded real estate company

Location: Rothschild Boulevard, Tel Aviv (on-site)

About the Role:

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and dedicated Financial Controller to join a dynamic and fast-paced finance team in a leading real estate company. This is a key position with broad responsibilities and significant exposure across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of financial statements under IFRS and tax reports for multiple entities
• Collaborating with external auditors during audits and reviews
• Creating, managing, and analyzing business calculations for projects
• Addressing and resolving complex accounting issues
• Ongoing monitoring and control of supplier payments
• Managing daily banking operations
• Partnering with the bookkeeping team
• Leading ad-hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – post-internship
• Experience at one of the BIG 4 firms – advantage
• Previous experience auditing real estate companies – significant advantage
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS)
• Proven experience in preparing financial statements and tax reports
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel – mandatory
• Experience working with Priority ERP system – advantage
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and precise
• High motivation and a strong desire to grow professionally
• Willingness to commit extra effort during reporting periods
