Role Description

This is a full-time on-site & remote role for a Senior Hi-Tech Lawyer located in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Senior Hi-Tech Lawyer will be responsible for handling high-tech legal matters, providing legal counsel on financing and commercial law issues, and overseeing complex transactions. The role involves working closely with clients, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Hi-Tech Law, Financing Law, and Commercial Law
• Experience in handling complex legal transactions and providing legal counsel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills - English
• Law degree from an accredited institution
• License to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction (Israel)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
