A global philanthropic organization with a presence across four continents is seeking an experienced operation professional with strong administrative expertise to establish and manage its activities in Israel. With over $2.4 billion invested in advancing education, health, and family economic stability, this initiative is expanding its footprint—and this role is essential to ensuring flawless execution, efficiency, and strategic engagement.

This is a hands-on, process-driven role requiring exceptional bilingual communication skills (Hebrew & English) and a mastery of operational frameworks. The ideal candidate thrives in building and optimizing systems, ensuring compliance, managing financial processes, and leading high-level coordination with external stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Develop and refine operational frameworks for efficiency and long-term impact. 

- Oversee financial processes, compliance, budgeting, and reporting. 

- Draft high-level communications, reports, and strategic documents in both languages. 

- Manage vendor partnerships, contracts, and logistical execution. 

- Provide executive support and facilitate cross-sector engagement. 

Qualifications & Skills: 

- Proven expertise in operations, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance. 

- Native-level fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken. 

- Strong ability to develop and implement efficient systems. 

- Exceptional stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.
